We’re delighted to announce that DL/78 has reached practical completion.
The flexible amenity space forms part of the 80 Charlotte Street scheme in Fitzrovia by Derwent London. This new facility is intended to function primarily as collaborative work space for the Derwent London occupier community but can be adapted to serve as a townhall for hosting presentations, talks and exhibitions.
MSMR’s design embraces the industrial aesthetic of the existing building, whilst adding subtle layers of natural timber, fabric and ceramic tiles to soften and humanise the space.
