We're delighted to see that our Cheyne Terrace project is a finalist in the New Build & Development category of this year's SBID Awards.
The high-end scheme, for joint client Native Land & Grosvenor, comprises 25 private and 13 affordable apartments and is located on Chelsea Manor Street in the heart of Chelsea. Also provided for residents is ancillary accommodation including a gymnasium with swimming pool, and underground parking.
We worked closely with interior designers Spring & Mercer on the apartments and Collett Zarzycki on the common parts
