The mixed-use scheme at 29-30 St James’s Street and 25-26 Bury Street includes high-quality residential and commercial accommodation. The redevelopment involved the demolition of the existing buildings with only their facades to St James's Street and Bury Street retained.
MSMR provided internal space planning and interior design services for the residential component, which comprises four apartments and one duplex penthouse apartment with roof terrace. A reorganisation of the main core has enabled direct lift access to each apartment, as well as releasing additional space on each floor.
