- Working with Knight Frank and the Shepherd Trust, we have developed design proposals to maximise the value of the existing living accommodation on this split site near Holland Park. A number of solutions were considered and a planning scheme has been developed which seeks to provide six large self-contained family residences.
The scheme includes the comprehensive refurbishment of the listed properties, the restoration of the original plan forms and the reinstatement of the front facade details.
