- This project involves the
lateral conversion, restoration and restructuring of a series of large
Belgravia townhouses. The party walls between the original houses are opened up
to create eight large lateral apartments around one central circulation core, substantially increasing the saleable floor area.
Duplex apartments on the
lower floor levels have been designed with glazed landscaped courtyards,
creating a dramatic sense of light and space.
