  • This design proposal consists of four two-storey mews houses with private garaging and external amenity space. The building heights mediate between the existing three storey buildings at the north eastern end of the mews and the single storey garages further along Charles Lane. 

    Internal rooms are arranged around a courtyard garden providing natural light, controlled views and fresh air. The design aims to achieve a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5 rating.
