- Originally developed in 1840
as the first railway station in York, this site includes a number of important
listed buildings many of which have been compromised by unsympathetic later
additions.
Our design proposals restore the original listed structures,
remove subsequent additions and provide new office accommodation within a series of contemporary
architectural insertions. The scheme also includes a 100 bed
hotel, restaurant, bar and apartments.
