- MSMR Architects has obtained planning consent for a 17
million mixed use, 4-star hotel and office development on Devil's Tower Road in
Gibraltar.
The £17 million scheme features a 155 bedroom hotel and 3,000m of office space on a prominent site, a short distance from Tradewinds and immediately adjacent to Filomena House, two other MSMR projects in Gibraltar.
Simon Lester, from developer The Lester Hotel Group, commented; "We are very excited about this scheme and are confident that the combination of good quality design and our expertise will bring a much needed boost to Gibraltar’s tourism industry and to the local and business community" Working in collaboration with Gibraltar based development managers MN Associates, construction is due to begin mid 2011.
