Morley House planning win

Planning consent has been achieved for the redevelopment of Grade II-listed Morley House, located on the east side of Regent Street and situated within the Regent Street conservation area.

The Crown Estate appointed MSMR to prepare a planning and listed-building application to convert the building from its existing combined uses of retail and office space, to retail and residential use.

The retained façade scheme will provide 44 new residential apartments, while retail provision will be reorganised to provide larger, better quality units befitting of this prime location, with refurbished original shopfronts.

Together with the adjoining Albany House development, also for The Crown Estate and finished by MSMR in 2013, Morley House completes the façade of this imposing Regent Street block.
